Be confident, rehearse before hand, smile, kiss the cheek, welcome her. Write down a few topics before hand, be prepared for arkward silences, I wouldnt scare her by saying you want to date its tooo soon, just say you have enjoyed her company and ask whether she would like to do it again, maybe dinner next time at a posh place, you need to whoow her. It works for me, I fall in love ever time my new man takes me to lovely places.

I know that it sounds cliché, but just be yourself.
There is no point in saying and doing things that you think will impress her if she is not getting a chance to get to know the real you.
Remember, she wouln't have agreed to go out with you if she didn't like what she knows of you so far, so don't under-estimate yourself, take a deep breath (a glass of wine usually helps conversation too....but don't get her drunk !) and ask her questions about herself, (and she will probably do the same) A first date is more about getting to know who someone is, and if you enjoy each others company, then it can develop into more.
PS - Stay away from the cheesy lines ("you are soooo beautiful", "I can't believe a lovely girl like you is single" etc....)

Be myself and I would ask her questions that related to her. This will let her know that I want to know her and what makes her tick. A lot people forget that you should always listen to the other person and react to what they say and not shy away and change the subject.

Complement her on her appearance, nice smile also listen to her and be genuinely interested in what she has to say, once you know more about her you will also know what she likes to hear and what makes her happy
