Some of us have an eye for beauty and art. Most people do not understand this eye. I for one am a straight female, I dont go around looking at other women's breasts or body parts, but then there are situations that arise that its in your face and you just cant help but notice. Most women are flattered by compliments from another female however, I think saying "you have gorgeous boobs" surpasses that border line (even guys aren't allowed to dish out that comment). Either you should keep that to yourself or if you truly must say something its best to just say something like you wish you were as fortunate as she to be built so well.

Well from a guys point of view it is something that we would like to say but know not to. But If a guy compliments another guy about a physical attribute, I would be happy. But It's hard to say for a woman. I think it depends on the situation and the context.

Yeah, I sometimes happen to want to do that too lol but hahaha they'll probably consider me as a freak and worst they'll feel afraid to even come near me :D lol
