No.

Cleaning my apartment would be good.
Having someone else clean my apartment would be better.

Neither is right -- neither is wrong.

The same principle can be applied to moral situations.

No.
Good is a moral term. It is dependent on the norms of the society you live in and by the moral code of the faith you follow. In general, good is what your faith dictates.
Right is obeying the Law set by society and enforced by the government. It is the basic guideline for determining crimes in a social setting (the Constitution, Penal Code, Executive Order xxxx, and the like). These are rules set by a ruling body, usually by the consensus of majority in a country or state and these rules can be amended or changed as needed.
Good is not always right. For example, consider abortion. Most faiths consider this act evil but there are some states and countries that have laws allowing abortion. We can therefore consider abortion as 'not good' yet, it is right for some states and countries.

There is no deference between God and good. Perhaps word good might have come from word God. If God is always right then good is also right. God likes whatever is good. He likes good people. He hates whatever is bad. He hates bad people whether they may be from Christian, Muslim, Hindu or any other community.
