Which world leader on the 15th June 2006 scolded a reporter for addressing him while wearing sunglasses and jokingly asked him if he can see the sun because the viewers on tv cannot see the sun and he doesn't see it anywhere-can the reporter point it out for him but later learned that the man had a eye disease that made him legally blind and sensitive to sunlight? (He apologised of course) ...I just want to see how many people watch the news.

I saw the tape. He did not "scold" the reporter. He jokingly asked him about the glasses and said the sun wasn't even shining and there was no glare. The reporter said, "I guess that depends on your prespective." Bush laughed and said, "Touche."
So it was not a tense scene. When Bush found out the guy had macular degeneration, he called the reporter to apologize and tell him he didn't realize his condition. The reporter told him he understood and it was no big deal at all.
