Stay true to yourself. Don't do anything that isn't aligned with your own personal values, ethics, and morals. Don't do anything illegal. Do your work, and do try to cooperate with the boss. If you think the boss is making an unreasonable request, then try to discuss it in a professional and non-emotional way making a positive impact. Suggest alternatives that can help her or him get the work done in a better way.

NO. You do not have to do whatever your boss says. Some bosses expect to much or make requests that are unethical. If this is the case you should find another job or if it is something "wrong" you should contact the labor board.

If he is asking you to do tasks that are withing the parameter of your job duties you should do them and if you do not like it definitely find another job. Don't let him take advantage of you.

Do you trust what your boss is telling you to do? It it right for you to do this? Do you feel good about doing it? Does it go along with your JOB DESCRIPTION? If No to these questions then do not do it...

You need to do what you're told, within the confines it relates to your job. Your boss asking you to file a memo is very different from him asking you to get his coffee or laundry.

You are responsible for doing tasks that are related to your job description --- ignore and report any requests from your boss for you to do anything illegal or inappropriate.
