the puk code doesn't unlock the fone as i've tried everything possible. open to suggestions.

Look at the user guide that came with the phone or look online at the VK Mobile website.

on mine, you hold the hash key down, then enter 0000 and press ok. Have you sussed the rest of your phone out yet? I found it really easy, but there are a lot of missing features on it.
Maybe you have changed the code in error??? I would take it to your nearest mobile shop, especially vodafone, as that is where i took mine when i had trouble with it. Have you phoned your provider to see if this is a common problem??

i think you need to enter a password. try a default password such as 0000 or maybe give your network a ring or go into a shop and they should be able to unlock it for you.
