Circumcised--the cut ones are knobbier and cleaner.

circumcised is better because it gets bigger as it doesn't have limitations from the skin, and also it reveals the shaft of the penis so it feels nicer

circumcised of course--I have had both --the difference is circumcised is cleaner and stays up much long. To me ---so much sexier!!!!!!!!!!!!!
