Well Mr.Anand,It's very simple,even some R gud at mugginthings & some R bad,i a have just passed 12th & secured 87% in History!!!!!!how.
It's Simple just do not mug up things,try 2 understand them & even if U can't do that so try 2 visualize urself on the place & the circumstances which U R studying.what U will do ,what will be ur plans as the fighter & the administrator,what U will do 4 U R people,that's all!!!!Imagine U R self & here U R wid d solution,try it Mr.anand,plez try it,use U R commonsense,bye & hope U will like d answer.

(1) Read five times the relevant history portion.
(2) Note down the important points while reading (or underline the same with a pencil in the text book.)
(3) Request others to ask questions on the subject and see whether you can confidently answer the same.
(4) Search the internet and see whether you can get additional information on the subject.

read each chapter 5 to 10 times and just note down the imporatant point and also make question out of the chapter urself and try answering them this helps me very much in studying

Just read the textbook and underline the useful points. Try to understand what the answer has to say and then try to frame the answers in your own words but not deviating from the main topic. And please do not mug up stuff. You will forget everything. This is my advice to you. With the above method of studying i got 97% in my 9th class exams!!

make a study guide of info, usually about 3-4 pages per chapter and study the guide every night

it is easier to remember the points.
so whatever u have to learn, make points .
Then figure out the keywords in each point and learn them.this way u can easily recall the matter you have studied.

Dont mug up things. try to write in ur own words.

Use simple language in ur answers/notes.

u can also make diagrams/flowcharts/maps.

writing events in chronological order helps a lot in learning history
