hi every body i want to make a music video i can work with some well -known editing software for exampel:adobe after effects 7,adobe premiere pro etc.i have a normal video camera that it name is panasonic model:nv-vs5 but i want to have a camera with more quality and i don't have much money to buy a very good camera please recommend me a good camera that it need a little money thank you very much!

I looked up your camera and it is PAL with S-VHS quality.
You can do very well to get a camcorder that records in digital. Looking on Shopping.yahoo.com I find there are PAL digital cameras available. The best priced one was $275.00 US and happens to be a camera similar to ones I have. It is a Sony that records digitally on 8mm tapes. I like them a lot!
Another note: Keep your lower quality camera and you can take video with it, put a Sepia effect on it in Premiere or After Effects and you have a historical video effect. This gives viewers a cue that what they are watching is flashback scenes.
