A basement or an interior room with no windows, like a bathroom or closet in the center of the house. If you are driving or walking outside, lie down in a ditch or under a freeway overpass.

Basement is the safest.
Bathroom with something like a mattress over your head is safe too.
Then if there is a cellar outdoors, it's the next safest because it's underground.
hope it answers ur question.

The northeast corner of a basement if you have one. If not, the northeast corner of the structure you are in. If you are outside, it is in a ditch or other low spot or underneath a sound, solid structure like a major bridge.
