Well, I can't answer for the women, since you asked in the gay and lesbian area. I can answer in general though.

Length doesn't matter at all -- width does. The best sex partner I ever had was only 4 inches long, but VERY wide. I sucked his d*ck and did things with him (he was one of my best friends) for 8 years a few times a week. He was mostly straight and had dozens of g/fs in the same period of time. He was very handsome, but he got the girls because his reputation in bed was unreal -- and I have to, though male, agree with what the girls thought.
