If without proper authorisation from thos who have the rights for telecast the Doordarshan ventures on any such act then it would be doing so against somebody elses legal rights to telecast!!!
Our right to information does not extend to such telecast..
Even to telecast cricket matches played in India or elsewhere Doordarshan has to follow the rules governing telecast rights.

Frankly DD is not interested otherwise they would have taken the rights from the ESPN in the same way they took it from ten sports for India -Pakistan.
