The period itself doesn't really have any feeling, but discomfort does usually accompany it. Usually you'll get cramps, bloating, and maybe some back or head pain. Just take a pain reliever such as Advil or Tylenol.

its not very nice. your body aches and you feel crappy. no matter how many periods you have it never seems to get any better. you get cramps in your stomach and in some woman all there body aches. its icky!
