well, technically you need to register a site such as http://zwacka.net for a certain price. the .info sites are cheapest. thats really just the name. if you want a host with good bandwith and space i can possibly set something up for you on my server right now, i pay well over 2k a month and have some extra bandwith right now. other then that you can find software to allow you to do certain things online with some hosts like http://masterhosting.info try and check there, i used them in the past and it was working flawlessly. good luck

you might try a search for free hosts and read everything that the host has to offer.. take your time with it.don't be blind.. most place company adds on your pages a few don't.. read tos/useragreement policy's carefully... look before you leap
