firstly everyone needs a minimum of 6 hours of sleep a night! so remember that! i keep repeating in my head what time i want to wake up the next day when i am at bed every night! although this might take about a week to actually start working, it then gets quite effective! use an alarm as well for the first week! i am sure u wont need it after! nowadays if i tell myslef at night that - " i want to wake up at 5:00 in the morning" i am up on the dot! not a second late! its the biological clock in our brain that regulates this activity.
Best of luck!

If you ask your grandma, she will say "early to bed early to raise".
I go to bed at 2130 hrs and get up in the morning by 0400 hrs. This keeps me active rest of the day. On holidays I do not sleep during the day time and some work or the other to keep me occupied.

Remember the old adage: -
Early to bed, early to rise....

well, the simplest thing is to go to sleep early.. or if u find tht inconvenient - start snatching sleep in bits - for eg - 1 hr after lunch, then 4 hrs during night, during breaks, etc etc...
u just need to get used to it.

When it becomes routine then it's easy. Routine is good for us, so good that we feel rotten without it. And pump in some caffeine.
