I like salmon, tuna, swordfish, trout. In fact, I cannot think of a fish right offhand that I do not like; but generally my first choice is the fattier ones because they are most succulent. When is the barbecue -- you're making me hungry.

Cajun fried catfish with Paul Prudone's seasoning, fresh hushpuppies, dirty rice, some spicy cocktail sauce, with an ice cold Coke. Damn right I'm an American and a Cajun.

I like whitefish or tuna. But it has to be fresh or I won't eat it. Meaning, sashimi or sushi. I will not eat cooked fish.
