I send money to a relative in Guyana via Moneygram in 2005 and she claimed she did not received. When i check at the Head office in Guyana they claimed they have no records but if i caqn get copies of the slips to show it was sent maybe they can help so i am asking if i can get copies of the slips from the Office in the uk.

To get copies of the transaction, you must have the original receipt which you got when you bought the Moneygram. You can then ask the company to trace the records. If you don't have your copy, you at least have to have the transaction number. Without that, I don't think you have much chance.

Gather as much information as you can when you try to contact the office that issued the Moneygram.
