im sure wolverine will be a reacurring choise for those who never read the comics, cuz hes glorified in the movies, and id agree that he is best in the movies probably.maybe

I was always a fan of Colossus... They didn't really flesh him out too well in the movies, unfortunately. He was basically just a launching pad for Wolverine... :(

I like Rogue from X-men simply because she has had so many things go wrong within her life and she has still managed in the end make the right choices. Outside of the X-men but still within their realm I like Husk. She has the ability to rip off her skin and become anything you can imagine. What an awesome power even if it is a little gross.

s'ok, i'm a geek as well!!! :D i like wolverine and for a long time, he's been my favourite character, but i wouldnt exactly call him a superhero, and i'm a little disappointed with the way he's been portrayed in the films.
my fave x-man and superhero has to be professor x. strange choice, i know, but most people tend to overlook him and they shouldnt. he's a great character and the way he always fights for his dream, never giving up, is inspirational to me, and i think that's the true meaning of being a hero.
i also like batman, the whole dark thing he's got going on and his personal struggles. but professor xavier still my favourite

My favorite X-man is Rogue. She started out bad with her adopted mother, Mystique, and stole Ms. Marvel's powers. Yet she turned around and has become a great x-man, all the while still coping with the fact that she cannot have human contact. If that's not sucking it up and doing what you feel is right then I don't know what is.
