Try looking for these art supplies at National Bookstore along Quezon Blvd. This branch has more art supplies than other National Bookstore outlets.
There is also a good art supply shop at Rockwell Mall at the top level.

You can buy all of this stuff from Dick Blick Art Materials or Cheap Joe's Art Supply. Both have online stores and will ship to Manila.

My dad is an artist and we usually go to Aron Brothers or Universal Arts, there's another one that I can't remember the name of but you can try the yellow pages-it helps

i think theres alot of drawing materials in national bookstore u can find lots of them in any branch of national bookstore
