there are ways to do this without a usb cable i just need the website without searching for it. some websites provide it without paying others you need to pay. which are the websites that you 100% dont have to pay for ringtones

ok, you are going to need a usb cable...but there is a program out there that will let you turn your existing mp3's in your computer into free ringtones. It will also let you create your own wallpapers for free from the pics in your PC. It only works with certian phones as well and its a great program. I don't reccommend using it unless you have a mini SD slot on your phone due to the fact the ring tones and walpapers you create will eat your phones internal memory QUICK. This program is not supported by Cellular companies either so use at your own risk. The program is called Bit pim. The phones that typically work on this site are LG, Audiovox, and some Samsung..but you can check in the help section to see if your model is supported.
