I read in the papers a US company wanted to built a spaceport in Singapore and launch sub-orbital flights from here. Where do you think this spaceport will be sited?

use 2/3 of singapore population to fill the sea as land reclaimer and use it as US company spaceport. It would be economically than using earth/soil/sand.

I think the US company is trying to force somebody, who already has a full tummy, to eat.
The population in Singapore is already more than 4 million and is still growing. The land mass of the island isn't big, but has to be divided up for housing, industrial, CBD, military and other uses. To bulid a spaceport or something similar, would not be a wise option.
