Yea, but if she says that she paid for them and you can't prove that you actually paid for them then it's a civil matter and you have to take her to civil court.

It's your property and belongings. Then yes that is a serious criminal offense. I'd get a lawyer or someone in law inforcement about this and have charages pressed on this person. Make sure that you have a witness to what this person did with your property and if you can go to the place where this person sold your stuff, try to get copies of the paper slip of selling your items in court there,it would help your case.

Depends what kind of belongings but you can pursue in civil court.

She may still have your stuff and you could get an emergency court order to get your stuff. In some places the police dept will arrange to escort you into the home to get your belongings but you would have to be quick

Yes, but you might have to talk to a lawyer on what the court considers your stuff! And it was in her house. So talk to a lawyer! But on a personal level, that F**ked up and childish!

She sure has! Call the police and make a police report. Then sue her in small claims court for your losses. That will make her feel stupid.

Yes. She can actually get in trouble for that. I'd take her to a small claims court and try to get some money for it.

Yes, but it would be a mess to take to court. You would have to proove it was her, they were yours, and that you didnt lead her on to believe that you didnt want them...

Just threaten taking it to court.
