Where is better to live - Houston or Austin ? Why ?

its all a matter of preference. if you like a big city - Houston
if you like a small city - Austin

I moved from NYC in 1999 and live in Austin. I like it cause its slower and less conjested

....because i've never been to austin =(

i have a cousin who lives in houston and she says its the smoggiest city.............
