I've often been told to take a running jump. I never did yet!

So what would I do if someone asked?

First I would ask why they wanted me to and what security measures were in place. If it were for charity and I could see that it was safe to do so, I might do it. If it were my job (as a stunt man) then I very likely would.

"Jumping off a cliff" is always a matter of faith. Once you have taken the jump, there is no going back, so you must trust absolutely in the assurances that it's safe. Often you can determine for yourself that it's safe; sometimes you must trust another's judgement and that is a supreme exercise of faith.

for sure no longer, keep for some extremists. i'm an jap(Antioch) Orthodox Christian. you're obliged to be rational and respectful of your self and others at the same time as analyzing and performing upon suggestions from the Bible. Literal instructions related to killing and different violence required from Yaweh (previous testomony), aren't to any extent further observed. there's a international of distinction between the blood-lust and racism in the former testomony and the hot Covenent in the hot testomony. Jesus' Sermon on the Mount, is a good get jointly of the evaluation.

If it were for the good of more than just my life I would do it. I would jump to save others. I would not jump just to jump though... :)

Kick them in the balls...carry them to the cliff and say, with completely straight face, "you first!"
