The best way is to put on at least two pairs of socks, three is better and then go for a walk in the shoes. This will stretch the shoes, but will cause no discomfort to your feet because they will be padded.

Put a little rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball and rub it on the tight spots inside your leather shoes. It will help the leather breathe and loosen up. I haven't tried this.
Carson recommended this technique on Queer Eye for the Straight Guy.

Put them on and don't take them off until bed time. When you go to bed stuff the shoe with paper or bags (anything). When you wake up put them back on. But you can not just sit down you have to keep yourself moving.

dip some cotton in spirit and rub it in the shoes from inside, then put on some thicker socks, put the shoes on and walk... hope this won't ruin them. I remember my mom used to put some sticks in them to largen them...and they were covered with spirit dipped cotton

throw them in the street. leave them for a couple of years, and come back to find them. chances are you will have to:
a) dig around in a gutter 300 miles from there.
b)dig around in a landfill
or
c)find them somehow.
good luck.
