There are lots of strong actors! What about Sharon Stone as the best, Leo di Caprio. The worst can be those rich guys that bought media like Paris.or other pampered kids that wanted to be famous.
I guess bad actors are those who didn't devote thier life occupation or who is not serious about movie career. To compare Sharon is a specilist. She has graduated from cool colleges that teach how to become actress and writer.

Worst-I'd have to go with sunshine25 on that one. Sophia Coppola in Godfather 3 was I think the worst I've ever seen. A few others would be Ashley and Mary-Kate, Mariah Carey, Paris Hilton. Best-Paul Newman, Jake Gyllenhaal, Steve Martin, Gregory Peck, the cast of Crash, Jamie Foxx in Ray.

best? too many to choose from, but i like henry fonda, jimmy stewart and katherine hepburn. worst is EASILY JOHN WAYNE... or keanu reeves. although he did a fine job in the matrix. i've NEVER seen a john wayne movie i've liked.
