they are blown by the jet stream thats why weather generally moves east to west

clouds move depending on where you are in the earth...
its all in the movement of the winds...

where you are.. the winds move from west to east..

on the opposite side of the world.. its the opposite...

the tornados i believe move from east to west
i dont know the physics for tornados,,,
(actually i dont know physics at all)
but there are things like barometrical difference,wind and earths rotation to be taken into account (guessing )

clouds never move faster than the earth. even a tornado wind isnt faster than the earths rotation.
