They are called 'grills' and they are custom fit so that they do not slide off as easily. I also think that the grills may have a similar quality to retainers for braces.

they are molded to their teeth so that they sort of snap in place. I've seen some people talking and they do fall out, man that sh-it is funny!!

They are called "GRILLZ". And they r custom made, so they fit on yo teeth but not your friends teeth. It' s not hard becuz i have two and they are sorta lik a retainer.
