If you are asking if other animals are concerned with how they look your answer is "of course". Think of any kind of male trying to attract a mate (peacock being an excellent example!). They try to have the biggest tails, brightest colors, or whatever will give them the best mate. if you are asking whether or not they can recognize themselves in the mirror, some apes can since they are so intelligent but so-called "lower mammals" cannot since they lack the brain capacity.

yes - vey much - see them before mating - you will observe the same and enjoy it also -
keep a mirror for them many a bird / creature is attracted by their own body - like humans (ladies)

I think they do because most male birds attact the female by being bright and pretty so the animals will mate with them.

but not through vanity like humans do
monkeys, apes, gorillas like to groom themselves...
birds show off their wings, colors, and chirping sounds to attract mates...
cats clean themselves w/ their tounge..
