No, you're stomach acids will have killed the sperm by the time it would go into your system. You can only get pregnant through sex when the sperm is entered through the vagina.

No, sperm can only cause pregnancy if it's in your vagina. Sperm cannot live through your whole body to make it to ur vagina area.

no thats a myth, most sperm die in the man's urethra, then its too hot in your mouth to live , what ever sperm made it to your stomach will be digested. you cannot get pregnant by drinking sperm.
