if they dont be able to be reasy to host the world cup in time who is the best country that will be able to do it in a short notice like i think it was columbia in 86 im not sure

I think it was about time for South Africa to host a major football event. I don't have a full picture of the preparation already, but I think they'll make it to be ready on time.
I have the feeling that sooner or later South Africa will also host the Olympic Games so this will also be a good test to see if they are ready for the biggest sport event of the planet.

South Africa's gonna be a good place. I strongly agree with the idea of moving the world cup around the continents and between all african countries, south africa is the most appropriate (no offense to anyone but it does cost a LOT!).

It was Mexico in 1986. South Africa hosted the rugby world cup in 1995 and the cricket world cup in 2003 and there weren't too many problems. I think that they can do it. Good luck to them.
