I totally agree, and there are many ways to help others. Hiring a new employee is one way. Good people give it back the other way.

Why is it that practically everyone in our society thinks that they're more entitled to someone else's money than the person who has it?
"... you say that money is made by the strong at the expense of the weak? What strength do you mean? It is not the strength of guns or muscles. Wealth is the product of man's capacity to think. Then is money made by the man who invents a motor at the expense of those who did not invent it? Is money made by the intelligent at the expense of the fools? By the able at the expense of the incompetent? By the ambitious at the expense of the lazy? Money is made—before it can be looted or mooched—made by the effort of every honest man, each to the extent of his ability. An honest man is one who knows that he can't consume more than he has produced.
Only the man who does not need it, is fit to inherit wealth—the man who would make his own fortune no matter where he started. If an heir is equal to his money, it serves him; if not, it destroys him. But you look on and you cry that money corrupted him. Did it? Or did he corrupt his money? Do not envy a worthless heir; his wealth is not yours and you would have done no better with it. Do not think that it should have been distributed among you; loading the world with fifty parasites instead of one, would not bring back the dead virtue which was the fortune. Money is a living power that dies without its root. Money will not serve the mind that cannot match it."

I highly recommend everyone who reads this post, read the book "Atlas Shrugged" by Ayn Rand. You will never be as proud of your job and the money you make as you will be after you read it.

This is a materialistic world and to change thier thinking is dificult.
You are not a billionaire/millionaire but from whatever you have how much do you, give to the more needy.
How much have you given till now ??
Its always good to see one above you but you should look at the one below you and you will see the happiness
and you will be much more richer then those billionaire sitting on their eggs
Be Honest!!!

I couldn't agree with you more. If I get that much money and have my own business, I will have every person fighting for a job at my place because they know that will be paid well if they do their job right. Hopefully, this will happen if I have it my way.

the world would be a better place just by the example. problem is people are slaves to money, get drunk on it, and think they can never have enough. best thing to do with money is help others.

Some already do. Some don't.
It is our responsibiltiy as citizens to inform ourselves about which do and which don't. Once informed, it is our duty to support the good ones.
