yes and no. the man in the moon is mythical. Because craters on the moon give shape and shadow on the surface of the moon you can use your imagination and see about 4 different "men" in the moon. as for the moon looking different from other parts of the world that too is a myth as the moon shows us the same face all the time -to everyone. other cultures may "see" something different but it stems from a different cultural history. the moon may look slightly different from south Africa or Australia but it is a perspective thing (it's upside down). and even then it doesn't really look different as the moon has a wobble to its orbit around earth. that is why there is not a lunar eclipse every month. the moon doesn't always pass through the shadow of the earth. it changes latitude in our sky throughout its orbit.

The man in the moon is just something people see when looking at the full Moon. Some of the maria on the moon do kind of make the full Moon look like a face. It is like how clouds can look like various things like animals or whatever, if you use your imagination.

Not yet. The man in the moon thing is because of what appears to be a face when you look at the moon, from earths western hemisphere, (you can see what looks like a rabbit if you look at the moon from china and japan)

The moon would not actually have an ecosystem, so it really is not conceivable for there to be any water on the lunar floor. Plus on the mild aspect of the moon it receives as a lot as over 2 hundred ranges so an water there would evaporate. on the darkish aspect of the moon the temperature is -2 hundred ranges so any water there would merely freeze. Plus any CREDIBLE historian would argue that the lunar touchdown actually did ensue. those who say it did not ensue merely straight forward don't understand what their speaking about.
