Try some music from the Big Band era. I like Glenn Miller personally. I also like an acoustic guitar with gut strings. Chet Atkins leans toward C&W but his playing is very mellow in my opinion.

I am a true believer in the energy of the Native American flute. This is truly a spiritual experience. I really enjoy Robert Mirabel. You can go to Native American website and find many great artists. This is therapy to me.

go w/ the classics.. like mozart, beethovin and stuff like that...

also music that have violins soothe the mind when you close your eyes and space out to the music...
