i know sumbody that got food poision from going to wendy's and i was tellin them to sue...do u think they should sue and how much money do u think they would win

It would be very hard to prove it was Wendy's food unless there was an outbreak of a food borne illness. This usually doesn't happen because most people who get a food borne illness just pass it off as a 24 hour flu. It's not, it is caused by improper cooking of food, and sometimes it can be fatal, but mostly in the very young and the elderly. It took a long time for the CDC to confirm the E. Coli outbreak caused by Jack in the Box. If they had done more investigation a lot of young children could have been saved. A lot of doctors don't diagnose food borne illnesses, they usually classify them as a virus or mild infection. It's so common that they rarely run tests to actually figure out which bacteria caused it.

I doubt they would win the case...if they did and it was actually from Wendy's they would not win much. The sickness would have to occur 24-28 hours after eating there.

Actuly don't sue but tell them.. you did and ask for free food
