Currently have Java Programming Certification but does certification help while I have no experience? What other computer skill I need to learn? (.NET or Java or web programming)?

Yes, certification can help anyone - but especially since you have no experience. Here are a few pointers:

#1. Post your resume on Monster.com (even though you have no experience - at least state what you want)

#2. Look for an entry level job in IT - maybe a helpdesk position or similar. Many times you just need to get your foot in the door to open others....

#3. Always stay current on technology and expand your knowledge to other areas such as Networking, Operating Systems, etc...
