No not until 2008....
Winter and summer olympics have been staggered by a two year interval since 1990 I believe. The last summer Olympics was in Greece in 2004, Sydney in 2000, Atlanta in 1996, etc.
The last winter Olympics was in 2002 in Salt lake City, 1998 Nagamo Japan, 1994 Lillihammer, Norway, etc.

There was a "Special Olympiad" in 1906, in Athens. This wasn't an Olympic year (1904 and 1908 were). This was because of the 10th birthday of the Games.
Celebrations for the centennial are planned, but not a proper Olympiad.

No. The winter games are held every two years, but the summer games are every 4 years. Look for the 2008 summer games in Beijing.

The Summer Olympics of 06 have already taken place! Sorry you will have to wait until 2010 to see them again. I have them recorded if you would be interested in buying them?? Plus if you buy within the next 15 minutes, I will throw in 20 acres of prime oceanfront property in Arizona, and the alien ship that crashed in Roswell N.M. last week???

No, it only happens every 4 years. The last one was 2004, so the next isn't until 2008.
