I've never heard of sleeping in bras being bad - I do it all the time. In fact, you'll probably sag less!! Haha. Here's hoping.

I think that it could be bad 4 u.
It depends on the type of bra.
If it's like tight and wired, then it's probably bad to sleep in.
Overly tight bras can give you breast cancer...

If it's an underwire bra, you could get some pressure injuries or pinch yourself when you turn over.
There's bras specifically made for sleeping in, if you're doing it for comfort.

I don't know. I don't know anything about bras. I guess it depends on a person's way of feeling whether it's comfortable or not.

Health wise there is no difference on or off. Just do what is most comfortable for you.
