ok, well, for starters... despite having a compassionate understanding of why heterosexuals are so stupid and thoughtless when it comes to this... I still get angry for them being so STUPID and THOUGHTLESS.
Any majority takes for granted that most everyone they come across is part of their majority... EHHHXXXX!!!! WRONG!!! But this goes even deeper, there are fundamental perceptual sympathies that people look for in others naturally... sexuality is one of them... Gay people secretly think everyone else is gay. Heterosexuals not so secretly assume and expect everyone else should be heterosexual.
So, here are your treatments for being a lesbian:
1. Find other gays and lesbians in your area and make new friends.
2. Find a gay friendly church or spiritual group that teaches the WHOLE Bible and not just the mysogynistic, homophobic, compulsorily dogmatic parts...
3. Join, support or volunteer for any number of the campaigns, legal and political groups winning gay civil rights legally.
4. Seduce other questioning heterosexuals into become gays and lesbians through the power of your supernatural satanic lust until they too are minions of the dark side... BWAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!
5. Share your success and conquest stories with others...

According to every oragnization of mental health, medical, and education professionals, no it's not and there's nothing wrong with the woman being a lesbian. Currently the scientific thought is that no person has control over their sexuality and that once formed it's impossible to change. These so called "ex-gay" retreats are run by religious people with little or no training in biology or psychology. There is absolutly no scientific evidence that they work and some evidence that they may be harmful to individuals in "treatment." People that undergo these treatments are more at risk for depression, anxiety and alcohol/drug addiction. Exodus international, the "largest Christian referral and information ministry", ex-gay organization has had to shut down 8 of their chapters because the head of their organization admitted he was still homosexually active. So in short it's pretty much impossible to change a lesbian straight and potentially dangerous to do so.

Treatments...no. However, biology would indicate that lebianism militates aginst your design, indicating it's probably not a biological issue. It would serve one well to find out the reason for their attraction the the same sex (someone had ealier mentioned this...good idea) and start there. Most people have homosexual fantasies...it's just how you deal with them. As well, if the root of the lesbianism is just a lack of attraction to men, don't negate celibacy. There are friends and family of mine that are/were practicing lesbianism...for a few different reasons. One of the common themes among them is molestation/abuse, the other is the draw to an "empowering" lifestyle...neither of those may address the specifics of your situation, but they're common threads among the people I know.

it depends on what you call "treatment". there are therapists and support groups for people who want to be straight, and i've been part of several over the years. (it's called "reparative therapy.) however, i can tell you from my own experience and that of many others: they don't work! in fact, research has shown that this type of therapy is actually destructive for people who pursue it. it is mostly embraced by the "religious right" who believe that homosexuality is sinful and something that should be corrected. i used to believe that is could/should, but now i know better.

No, but you can get therapy to accept it better and help you be with the other sex with out an attraction if you really whant to.
Even the quacks saying homosexuality is a mental disorder have no treatments to 'cure' it.

Gender preference is not an ailment or disease. Its the way someone is born. That's proven. If you are a lesbian, you should accept who you are and enjoy life.
Good Luck

Gender preference is not a disease to be "treated". However, a person can go into therapy to help them deal with the issues that are brought about by their preferences.

My preference is to keep finding women who help me to confirm that I am, indeed, a lesbian. According to those I've found so far -- yes, I am! (And for that, they're grateful.)
