The problem with ethics in the modern workforce is that it is practically non existent, people don't care because they have nothing to gain except that meager weekly paycheck, when they know that there are people who make a lot more money than them. the solution is show the little guy that they are important, and appreciated.

Ethics is not so high. Improvement is possible if work is evaluated in a professional manner by the management.

tell ur employer that u will reward the best worker, and this will improve efficency of work
