Who do you choose? Stalin? Pol pot? Hitler? Maybe chairman Mao? give reasons please, and I'm not savy to "internet jibberish speak" so try to spell correctly so I can understand (ex: please instead of plz)

That Quebeq guy, honestly, do you blame him for hating quebeq? It's bad enough to be canada, but FRENCH canada?! Sorry to be rude, but I have no love for the Frenchies.

It depends on how you classify it. If you look at Hitler and Stalin with untainted eyes, you'll see that they made their countries from the pits into superpowers. As did Mao. Idi Amin, robert Mugabe, Pol Pot and Saddam Hussein, on the other hand, just did the murderous bastard bit and not the bringing country out of poverty bit.... so I'd have to say Pol Pot!

The proper answer was given already. Mao was the worse dictator even above Hitler. He is right beside Gunga Den. Just look up the records of 1960 - 1961 as the other person said, 10 million people that were counted.. That doesn't include those never found...

We was a very poor dictator. A most terrible performer as dictator.

Now, the best dictator, meaning the one that successfully made the worse atrocities (being the best at it, contrary to Franco) was Hitler.
