i have a really good educational background but i can't find a job. i do also have experience. and still no job.

maternity leave, and they aren't physically capable of doing physical labour to an extent that I guy can. If you have big knockers you'll probably make Foreman, they don't do **** all. You can please your workers with alittle throat action in the truck also, haha (but its optional)

Move to Calgary, Alberta, Canada- there are tons of companies recruiting people- they have more jobs than staff if you can believe it- the pay is good and so are the benefits in most cases...esp if you work in a field related to oil and gas...

b/c a lot of them can't handle the work that is required. it's a lot of backbreaking work, and very few believe woman can do it..
also, there is an issue in that type of enviornment about woman having to deal with the men..quite honestly, it's just easier not to hire them
