Kill the jackass with kindness.....show him how cunning you can be. That will eat him up worse. The last thing you wanna do is put yourself down to his level. Unless you have concrete proof about the money thing, I wouldnt start any drama..........it could come back to bite you in the end.

well take my advice...
u have used two words
smart
and cunning
cince they are both and they take even ur share of ur success..
if i am not mistaken they would have tried to impress ur bosses and also degrade other collegues
then the first thing to do is make him trust u,,, yes that is the point.. win their confidence
how is the question? be poilete to them and ignore thier mistakes as well as theiir comments for time being. try to make friends with them
and then they will not try to offend u in front of others and also will not try to steal ur credit
secondly
if u find that they are into any kinda acitivity which is gonna hinder company in some way or otehr... before opening ur mouth i want u to be very sure of it. get all the proofs ready
then one fine day go to masnagement and say that i have found something is wrong disclosing the discumbency wiothout disclosing the name
since u have all the proofs ready , u getv it infront of management slowly and in such a way that neither management nor ur collegues gets doubt that all that is preplanned . and do it with one or two freinds of urs .. dont do it alone
see due to deal with over smart ppl u have to be extra smart than them
if

Sorry to be blunt Ricky, but if you don't understand that cunning and smart are pretty much the same thing you should probably avoid the realm of manipulation and mind-games. Do your job to the best of your ability, keep your nose out of others business, and trust that all cheaters do get caught in the end.

The only solution is to tell the person with most influence in the company. And if you're not on a level of conversation with them where they trust your opinion, then it's YOU who's screwing your chance of success, not this crooked colleague!

Begin by making the boss aware of what is going on. And try and get some concrete evidence that the person is doing what you accused him/her of. Like you said, he is smart, so you have to be smart too.

Tell the management so they will keep a closer eye on her and get other co-workers to tell the management so they have to do something about it.
