So its OK to kill a suspect without due process. Have the concepts of "freedom of expression" "justice" and "democracy" been perverted in American politics? I thought America was built upon these principles!?

Your a friggin' moron...how can we apply our Constitutional CRIMINAL proceedings to a terrorist in a foreign war...since when have we ever applied "Due Process" in a war?

Zarqawi got justice...at the end of a 500 pound bomb.

Let me guess...we should bring back ALL fighters in wars and have them tried in our courts? Who is going to pay for that? The taxpayers? Of course, the Democrats wouldn't mind it...that would make their masters, the Trial Lawyers, happy.

Moron...

When the police shoot a suspect because he is armed and dangerous, is that justified? Well this guy was armed and dangerous... his whole purpose for being was to inflict suffering on innocent people. He directed the insurgency in Iraq to plant car bombs all over Iraq, and since they can't target soldiers much anymore, they target anyone and everyone. If bombing Zarqawi off the planet saved even one innocent persons life then Hell Yes it was justified.
