sure they can turn right, you just never see them turn right cuz all the turns on the tracks are left....but if you ever see the winner do a burnout at the end of the race....chances are he's gonna turn right somewhere in that

Most tracks are oval so they always turn left. There are 2 road course, Infinia Speedway in Califirnia and Watkins Glenn in New York that are road courses so they have some right turns.

yes...they can turn in both directions there are more tracks that go left than both sears point has both left and right turns

of course they can turn right. how else would they pull away from the pit after a pit stop. drivers have full control over their vehicles. they can turn any direction , go forward and in reverse
