With the information you have provided the most accurate answer that can be given is maybe. What core is it? Northwood? Prescott? Download a program called "AIDA32" (see source below) and run it. Under the motherboard section, CPU part, search the net for the details on the CPU and CPUID - it may outright say Northwood or Prescott or something else.

It more than likely is not a 64-bit processor. You can tell if it is a 64-bit processor by either looking at the bottom of the box your processor came in, contacting intel, or checking your computer system by going to: 1. Start Menu 2. Programs menu 3. Accessories Menu 4. System tools menu 5. Click System Information in the System tools menu. You should be able to check your proccessing unit's specs from there.

No, This processor is not a 64 bit processor. The only 64 bit processor from Intel is the 3.2 Ghz. with Hyper Threading technology.
