Falling objects do not fall at a constant speed, they accelerate (get faster) the longer they fall. In a vacuum (no air resistance) two objects of the same mass (weight) experience the same acceleration. So if they're dropped from the same height, they will hit the ground at the same time.

In the atmosphere, air resistance will diminish the force of gravity, so two objects of different shape or density would accelerate at different rates because of different air resistance.

Not normally, due to differing friction/resistence against the air they're falling past. Imagine dropping a bullet and a feather. The feather has way more surface area to catch air which would slow it down, and less mass to resist that friction - compare to the bullet. The only time different objects, regardless of mass, shape, etc. fall at the same speed is in a vacuum, where the variability caused by air resistence is moot.

Yes - if the object is dropped with no air resistance and other outside force, both object will fall with the same speed and hit the floor at the same time.

No- if the object is dropping from a place where there is air resistance, the object that is heavier will fall first.
