No one knows when Naruto 2 will start except the producers, of course. It is speculated that it will start after the third movie is released which is on 5th August. My guess is that they will start it in late September with a new opening and ending song.

What do you mean with Naruto 2?
If what you mean is Naruto section 2 (2,5 years after Sasuke dissappearence) i dont know. I read on the fansub that the filler is about 25 episodes. But look at now is already 188+ episodes and the story still on filler section that make me sick. Why do they make this suck filler. I dont watch naruto anymore since episode 160's. And will watch again after the original story begin.
I hope Naruto will back to the original story as soon as possible.

Naruto 2 is due to come out right around the same time Jesus is due to return. Don't hold your breath, but know that it/they will be coming.

i was recently at borders and they had two volumes of the dvd's on sale for 19.95 each,also the cartoon is being shown monday thru thursday on tv-9-9;30
