In college, I really liked my parasitology class. We had some really cool (and gross) labs.
In law school, my favorite class was my accounting for lawyers class- the professor was a riot!

I enjoyed my undergrad and grad experience, and had a number of favourite classes. During my undergrad years, I enjoyed Historical Linguistics for its informative value, and I particularly liked History of the English Language because of the professor. During my grad years, I really enjoyed Second Language Acquisition because it applied directly to my career and was taught by a world-renown researcher.

Meteorology. I received extra time and attention in the lab after class with the TA a couple of times.

Grammar class, cos the professor is sooo... cool. He treated his students just like his friends and I just love the way he lectured. And also Translation class, cos I love translating.

Ancient Civilization. There was a huge section on Ancient Egypt, which I love to learn about.
