Yes I do, I have gotten a subscription every year for the past five years. The writing is intelligent, the interviews honest, and some of the girls are pretty. My fiance loves that I love this magazine, and yes, he reads it cover to cover as well.

I am a woman and i have seen and read playboy books.
I am a married woman and my husband gets them only cause i say he can but i have read them onlu for the articles which i will look at the girls in it at time to time

In my household, my guy can only look at porn if I'm in there with him. We've had problems with that when he first moved in but after I basically kicked him out after looking at it on the net, he's stopped. I regulate by only looking at it or watching it if we are having sex together.
To your question, yeah I read the articales in both Playboy and Playgirl. Us girls wanna look at naked men too ya know!
